What to include

The more you can tell us up front, the faster we can confirm a time and give you an accurate quote. If you have them handy:

• The property address, or a link to the listing
• Approximate square footage and year built
• Which inspection you need — full home inspection, pre-drywall, radon, mold, WDI/termite, water testing, or infrared thermal imaging
• Your due-diligence or closing date, if you're under contract
• Whether we should copy your agent

RS Inspections covers roughly a 25-mile radius around Uptown Charlotte — including Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville, Ballantyne, Huntersville, Concord, Indian Trail, Waxhaw and Gastonia, plus Fort Mill, South Carolina. Hours

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Weekend inspections are available by appointment — just ask.
