What to Include in your Enquiry
The more you can tell us up front, the faster we can confirm a time and give you an accurate quote. If you have them handy:
- The property address, or a link to the listing
- Approximate square footage and year built
- Which inspection you need — full home inspection, pre-drywall, radon, mold, WDI/termite, water testing, or infrared thermal imaging
- Your due-diligence or closing date, if you’re under contract
- Whether we should copy your agent

RS Inspections covers roughly a 25-mile radius around Uptown Charlotte — including Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville, Ballantyne, Huntersville, Concord, Indian Trail, Waxhaw and Gastonia, plus Fort Mill, South Carolina. Just outside that range? Reach out anyway and we’ll let you know if we can make it work.
Hours We Operate
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Weekend inspections are available by appointment — just ask.
